Email is still the best way to contact us.
We get hundreds of emails here at Web Wise everyday. Due to workloads and our desire to be as effective and efficient as possible, we’re going to be responding to emails less frequently. However, when we do respond, it will usually be because we have resolved your issue, enacted your action points or generally improved the ‘interwebs’ for you!
So please don’t panic if you don’t hear from us for a few days – it’s simply that we’re working on your points.
Email will always be the best way to contact us and we prioritise contacts by urgency and for those with maintenance and support plans with us.
Dan and the team are generally not available to answer calls unless a phone-meeting has been arranged in advance, so drop us an email to book some time 🙂
