Important: for the following trick to work, you will need to have the “WP-Members” plugin installed and active on your site.

Using WordPress, you can restrict specific pages of your website to only be available to “registered members” only. A registered member is someone who has a username and password for your website.

To restrict a page,

1. Log into the admin panel. http://yourwebsite.com/wp-admin
2. In the sidebar click “Pages”.
3. Then click “Edit” on the page you wish to restrict. Alternatively for a new page, click “Pages” and click “Add new”.
4. Once in the page editor, on the right hand side there is a box titled “Page Restriction”. Tick “Block this page” and click update/publish.
